Qualifications

• Three to five years of project management experience.
• Strong technical skills and experience with software production processes.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills with the ability to coordinate across disciplines.
• Experience managing multiple, complex academic or scientific projects, ideally within a grant-funded environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all phases of multiple research project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with grant-funded milestones.
• Facilitate communication among PIs, researchers, programmers, technicians, and administrative staff.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, roadmaps, and milestone trackers; coordinate personnel and resources across projects.
• Create, organize, and maintain project documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and support dissemination of project-related resources.
