Job summary

The Downtown Boulder Partnership seeks a Cognitive Performance Specialist (Level 1) to assist in developing and implementing cognitive training programs for AFGSC personnel. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s in psychology or a related discipline and experience in applied sport psychology.

This position requires supporting the planning and execution of high-performance training, ensuring the effectiveness of cognitive interventions, and maintaining a safe training environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years combined experience with applied sport psychology and/or mental performance consulting.
• Experience in collegiate, professional, or tactical athletics, or similar high-performance environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of HP training.
• Implement cognitive training interventions as directed by the Operations Director.
