Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or Sport Science with specialization in Sport Psychology.
• 2+ years of cognitive performance training in high-performance environments.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Secret security clearance (T3) and US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cognitive performance training aligned with Human Performance curriculum.
• Conduct assessments and recommend strategies to support aircrew readiness.
• Participate in research and instructional development.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
