We are looking for a dedicated candidate to join our team as a Cognitive Behavioral Specialist (CBS) to service our patients in the Charleston region. The Cognitive Behavioral Specialist (CBS) plays an integral role within our interdisciplinary care team by supporting patients experiencing anxiety, depression, and cognitive decline—including dementia and mild cognitive impairment. The CBS provides structured behavioral interventions, promotes caregiver support, and aligns behavioral management strategies with medical treatment to ensure a comprehensive, patient-centered care approach.
Cognitive Behavioral Specialist perform visits in facilities (ALF and ILF's) and patients' homes in their designated service area. You must have reliable transportation as travel is required daily. This is a full-time, salary-based working 8-hour shifts (Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM)
