Job summary

K2 Medical Research in Orlando, FL is seeking a Psychometric Rater to join our clinical research team. You will administer and score psychometric tests for participants across neurodegenerative and mood-related studies, under PI supervision, ensuring adherence to FDA, GCP, and protocol guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, coordinating with investigators and sponsors, and supervising study leads across multiple trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA in Psychology required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Certified Psychometrist recommended.
• At least 2 years of psychometric and/or clinical research experience.
• Experience with cognitive assessments in adults and geriatric populations.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cognitive, diagnostic, and clinical assessments of study participants.
• Maintain consistent rating performance to prevent rater drift.
• Articulate ratings issues to CRO/Sponsor and study team.
• Maintain accurate visit source documentation and sponsor data.
• Respond to questions regarding rating assessments and safety concerns.
• Coordinate communication with study staff, sponsors, monitors, and central rating bodies.
• Complete study queries and conduct telephone pre-screens as needed.
• Supervise study leads over multiple studies and schedule checks.
• Administer protocol-specific scales and determine eligibility under PI supervision.
