Job summary

K2 Medical Research in Orlando, FL is seeking Psychometric Raters to support clinical trials, administering cognitive and diagnostic tests per protocol guidelines. You will work with investigators, coordinators, and sponsor teams to ensure accurate data collection and participant safety in a fast-paced research setting.

The role requires a BS/BA in Psychology (Master’s preferred), 2+ years in psychometrics/clinical research, and bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA in Psychology; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of psychometric and/or clinical research experience.
• Experience with cognitive assessments in adults and geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cognitive, diagnostic, and clinical assessments of study participants under supervision.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely visit documentation and data integrity.
• Coordinate communication with Investigators, Sponsors, and study staff; support study queries.
• Administer protocol-specific scales and evaluate results to determine protocol eligibility.
