Qualifications
- Extensive Cogito Suite knowledge or extensive Quest data & analytics knowledge.
- Advanced SQL proficiency with complex queries against Epic data warehouses (Clarity, Caboodle).
- 3-5 years of direct managerial experience leading analysts, report writers, or BI analysts.
- Experience translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- 7+ years in healthcare IT, data analytics or reporting with significant Epic focus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee analytics triage and build coordination across applications.
- Set build, security, and data segregation strategies.
- Implement enterprise Cogito security policy and governance.
- Lead data governance committee with analyst sponsors.
- Drive analytics implementation to meet organizational goals.
- Monitor Cogito team productivity and upgrade impact.
