Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino seeks a Cogen Plant Operator to oversee operation, maintenance, and troubleshoot a 5 MW gas turbine system, ensuring reliability of all facility power and auxiliary equipment. The role includes calibration, monitoring readings, and preventative maintenance within a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 4+ years of relevant experience, and preferred AA degree or Mechanical PE license.

Responsibilities

• Maintains constant watch over the Cogen facility and support equipment.
• Keeps inventory stock and ensures systems are maintained.
• Performs maintenance including water testing, compressor service, lubrication, filter changes, and housekeeping.
• Performs maintenance and service as directed by Plant Manager.
• Maintains consistent attendance and reliability.
• Other duties as assigned.
