With 15 years of industry experience and over $50M revenue as a founder, I have developed a solution and a unique business model.

We digitize and simplify a large, fragmented $120B legacy B2B textile industry.

We paused operations for restructuring and a fresh start. The product-market fit was achieved, with 7,000+ B2B members and over $3M revenue generated with limited bootstrap resources and test products.

Now, I am seeking a Cofounder to assist with finance, fundraising, and building the company from the ground up.

You:

• Are highly motivated to pursue an entrepreneurial journey and want to influence the company's direction.
• Are willing to take on various roles and comfortable with chaos.
• Have experience in startup fundraising, cap table management, investor relations, financial forecasting, and operations.
• Have a network with venture capital, private equity, investment banking, pre-seed, and seed investors.
• Are interested in building your own future and holding meaningful ownership in a company.
