Groundworks in Minnesota is seeking a Co-Foreman to grow into a Foreman, learning to lead crews, manage daily jobsite operations, and uphold quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team serving customers locally.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed.
• Assess site conditions and plan work with time and tools required; assign duties to crew.
• Install products and services with support from a national team of trained professionals.
• Lead and mentor crew; supervise in Foreman’s absence and coordinate work.
• Communicate with customers during and after job completion to address changes.
• Complete paperwork and job check-in/check-out procedures as needed.

The Co-Foreman coordinates tasks and assignments based on work priority, schedules, objectives, and workforce availability. Final compensation will be based on an evaluation of each candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and work location.
