Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees.
• Ability to coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
