Job summary

Imperial Companies in Rogersville, MO is seeking a full-time technician to clean and repair coffee equipment, provide world-class service, and support loading/unloading at client sites. Training will be provided, with opportunities to grow in maintenance and repair roles.

The role involves day shifts, non-climate controlled shop work, and lifting equipment while contributing to exceptional customer relations and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must work in a non-climate controlled shop environment.
• Willing to learn maintenance and repair of coffee equipment.
• Physically able to lift and load/unload equipment.
• Demonstrates world-class service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment and perform basic maintenance or repairs as trained.
• Load and unload equipment from vehicles using appropriate tools.
• Maintain regular on-time attendance and professional conduct.
• Support Coffee Tech Department with organization, inventory, and receiving tasks.
• Provide world-class service to customers and team to uphold client relations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work Monday through Friday, Days
• Cleaning of equipment
• Repair of coffee equipment - Will Train!
• World Class Service helping our team and customers to improve & maintain client relations
• Lifting and using equipment to load and unload on and off vehicle to and from clients
• Walking, Standing, Bending, Overhead reaching, stooping, Using Stairs, Driving
• Use of hand tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, truck lift gates
• Regular On-time Attendance
• We will Train! Experience is great in the following areas: Maintenance, repair, technician, refrigeration, HVAC, etc. But again - Not necessary - We will train.
