Job summary

Capitol Coffee Systems, Inc. is seeking a Coffee and Tea Equipment Technician to service, repair, install, and maintain office coffee equipment for clients in the Raleigh area.

You will work with manufacturers, coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores to ensure reliable operation and high service standards. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50–100 pounds, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates exceptional technical skills and knowledge of coffee equipment.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and training videos.
• Works well as an individual contributor and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Drives a service van to and from customer locations.
• Loads and unloads equipment, parts, and product.
• Diagnose and repair Capitol Coffee equipment following safety protocols.
• Obtain signed equipment loan agreement from customers and file paperwork to office.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines.
• Make filter changes and CO2 tank swaps as assigned.
• Report vehicle issues to manager and ensure routine maintenance.
