Sur La Table in Madison is seeking a part-time Coffee Specialist to serve as the in-store coffee expert. You will deliver best-in-class service, run engaging brewing demonstrations, and guide customers in selecting beans and equipment to enhance their experiences.

You will educate customers on brewing methods, origin differences, and equipment maintenance while supporting store goals and delivering memorable classes that foster loyalty and sales.

• Lead coffee brewing demonstrations and educate on techniques like pour-over, espresso, and AeroPress.
• Educate customers on brewing techniques and equipment to guide purchases.
• Recommend coffee beans, equipment, and accessories based on customer needs.
• Drive sales and engagement through classes, demonstrations, and superior service.
