Job Overview

The Barista is the cornerstone of the café, responsible for honoring each customer through excellent service and high-quality products. A true professional maintains a positive attitude to encourage customer loyalty, which is essential for our business.

Responsibilities

• Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers at all times.

Qualifications

Education/Formal Training

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills

• Excellent customer service skills required.

Physical Demands

The physical requirements include:

• Hearing timers and coordinating with team members.
• Checking food quality and reading production charts/recipes.
• Interacting positively with guests.
• Accurate cash handling.
• Working independently and prioritizing tasks.
• Reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Pushing and pulling carts, bending, and moving around the shop.
