Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stretch and stand during full shift.
• Ability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.
• Support quality systems and lean daily management processes.
• Identify and help resolve production line issues and improve standard work.
• Track production data and contribute to continuous improvement ideas.
• Demonstrate KDP values in daily work.
