Job summary

S&D Coffee is seeking a Process Technician I in Concord, North Carolina. You will brew, steep, and filter coffee extracts according to recipes and enter data into the MES system while following HACCP and food safety standards.

You will weigh ingredients, operate 100-gallon brewers, monitor hot water temperatures, and maintain documentation as products move through the processing area. This role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires attention to detail and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification required or able to train.
• Ability to work without constant supervision.
• Standing/walking 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare brewers and filters for batches
• Accurately determine raw materials for each batch
• Weigh raw materials with scale for each batch
• Operate 100-gallon brewers and control water temperature
• Move product and documentation through processing areas
• Maintain HACCP and Food Safety compliance
• Clean and sanitize equipment and cleaning area
