CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician to diagnose and repair commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems. You will work in the field across the Greater San Antonio region, conducting 2–3 service calls daily and coordinating with a support team.
The role requires hands-on skills with multimeters and basic tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Training will provide a company vehicle after completion.
We're not looking for someone who can pull a perfect shot. We're looking for someone who can figure out why the machine stopped pulling shots at all — and fix it. If you're handy, curious, and genuinely like coffee, keep reading.
Caffeinated Coffee Repairs services commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems across the South-Central and Pacific Northwest United States. Our technicians work independently in the field, backed by a team that handles everything except the actual repair work. That part's on you.
Two to three service calls at commercial coffee locations — cafes, hotels, hospitality accounts. The work includes:
You should already be comfortable with a multimeter and basic hand tools. Experience with home electrical work, plumbing repairs, or hands-on projects is expected. You'll need a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, the ability to lift 75 lbs, a smartphone capable of running our required apps, and a secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx and UPS.
Dispatch, scheduling, and back-office administrative support are handled by a dedicated team. Inventory is tracked digitally and reordered automatically — though you'll assist with parts receiving and inventory counts. Basic vehicle confidence is part of the role too — things like handling a flat tire or bringing the vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. Once training is complete, you'll receive a company vehicle and start each day from home.
At 30 days, you can accurately diagnose equipment issues and explain how each system works. Speed comes later — right now, precision is everything.
At 60 days, you're handling calls on your own without needing backup. Errors are rare.
At 90 days, you're averaging two hours or less per site. Reliable and efficient.
The pay range for this role is:
20 - 25 USD per hour(Greater San Antonio Region)
