Job summary

PriorityOne Group is seeking a Commercial Equipment Technician to service beverage-related equipment, including coffee and espresso machines. A company van, tools, iPad/tablet, and phone are provided.

Role offers training, career development, and on-site field service responsibilities across client sites in the Denver area. Responsibilities include repair, maintenance, installation and refurbishment of equipment, documenting work, and maintaining customer relationships while ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent
• CFESA certifications and/or Journeyman Licenses are preferred
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook or similar programs

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install or refurbish equipment per schedule and standards.
• Document work legibly and submit orders per policy.
• Build customer relations and ensure excellent service.
• Train new employees on Field Service Technician duties.
• Develop and implement quality control training for Field Service Technicians.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
