CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician for service calls in SeaTac, WA. In this role, you'll diagnose and fix coffee machines using multimeters and other tools, ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating clearly. A company vehicle will be provided post-training, with work hours ranging from 30 to 60 per week.
The pay rate is between $23 and $27 per hour, along with benefits like medical coverage and a 401(k) plan. We welcome applicants who enjoy hands-on work and have a passion for coffee.
SeaTac, Washington, United States
You're the person who fixes things before being asked.
You've swapped out an outlet, replaced a faucet, or taken something apart just to understand how it works. When you hit a wall, your first move is to find information — a wiring diagram, a manual, a YouTube video — not to wait for someone to hand you the answer. You enjoy coffee. You communicate clearly, in writing and in person.
If that sounds like you, keep reading. If you're applying to every open posting this week hoping something sticks — this one probably isn't the right fit, and that's okay.
You'll handle two to three service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts. Here's what you'll actually be doing:
Changing outlets, replacing fixtures, completing home repair projects, or similar work. You don't need a formal background, but you shouldn't be picking up a multimeter for the first time on your first call. You'll also need a valid driver's license with a clean record, the ability to lift 75 lbs, a reliable smartphone, and a secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx and UPS.
We've built a support structure so you can focus on diagnosing and fixing. A dedicated team handles dispatch, scheduling, and back‑office support including estimates and invoicing for large and enterprise accounts. Inventory is tracked digitally and reordered automatically — though you'll assist with parts receiving and inventory counts. You'll also need basic confidence with vehicle upkeep, like handling a flat tire or dropping the vehicle off for scheduled maintenance.
Once training is complete, you'll receive a company vehicle and start your day from home — no office required.
