Job summary

Vixxo is seeking a Full-Time Technical Training Specialist for coffee equipment. The role supports internal technicians and external service providers by troubleshooting and ensuring operable equipment to maximize client uptime.

The position requires hands-on experience with Schaerer coffee systems, strong customer service, and the ability to travel as needed. Strong MS Office skills and the ability to explain complex systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Schaerer Coffee equipment certification or expertise required.
• 3+ years in field service with coffee equipment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide results-driven technical troubleshooting in a customer service-oriented environment with SPs, techs, and customers.
• Coach SPs or techs on SR process and equipment use.
• Analyze completed work to confirm proper fix methodologies and prevent recurring issues.
• Serve as a technical resource for internal teams and customers.
• Interface with end clients at local, regional, or national levels.
• Travel as needed to customer locations.
