Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to service commercial coffee machines in the Red Oak, TX area. You will perform on-site diagnostics, calibration, and repairs, often with a company vehicle after training.

Applicants should be handy with tools, able to read wiring diagrams, and comfortable working independently with a focus on safety and quality. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with home repairs, electrical work, or plumbing helpful.
• No formal background required, but comfort with a multimeter is essential.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–3 service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts and diagnose faults via wiring diagrams and measurements.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with care, identify part numbers using diagrams, and log work in ServiceTitan.
• Explain repair findings in plain language to customers, and verify machine performance by tasting coffee after repair.
