You will operate espresso machines, grinders, POS systems, and assist with stock, cleanliness, and safety standards while maintaining the shop’s high-quality service and consistent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as barista preferred.
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain company standards and protocols.
• Speak knowledgeably about the coffee program and each coffee served.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, scales, timers, and POS systems.
• Restock all areas including coffee bar and back rooms.
• Perform opening, closing, and mid-day tasks.
• Perfect latte art and maintain drink quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the store and equipment.
• Take guest orders and ensure accuracy of each order.
• Resolve guest complaints with tact or escalate to supervisor.
• Receive and sign for supplier deliveries and check quality.
• Record temperatures as required and monitor safety standards.
• Work in high-volume environment with efficiency and care.
