Overview

The Coffee Barista Lead is responsible for upholding our company’s high standard of service by assisting guests with their beverage and food orders. Duties include greeting guests and preparing all beverage and food orders in accordance with guest requests, being knowledgeable about all product offerings, and answering guest questions. The Lead will operate all coffee shop machines and know the recipes for all beverages. The role may also include backup duties to the Coffee Shop Manager such as ordering product, completing inventory, and preparing required reports.
