Overview

The Coffee Barista Lead is responsible for upholding our company's high standard of service by assisting guests with their beverage and food orders. Duties include preparing all beverage/food orders in accordance with guest orders, being knowledgeable about all product offerings, and answering guests’ questions. The role also involves operating all machines in the coffee shop, understanding beverage recipes, and may include backup duties such as ordering products, completing inventory, and preparing reports.

Additional Information

Starting pay ranges from USD $14.00 to USD $19.00 per hour. This is an entry-level, part-time management role within the retail grocery industry.
