Job summary

Position Summary

The Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering invites applications for a tenured/tenure-track position at the assistant or associate levels starting in Spring 2026.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research in data analytics, machine learning, statistics, operations research, advanced manufacturing, or human-machine interfaces (HMI).
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, including developing new courses in Innovation and Entrepreneurship for senior positions.
• Pursue excellence in research, teaching, and service, including mentoring students and fostering an inclusive academic environment.
• Senior faculty are expected to play a leadership role within the department and promote interdisciplinary research throughout the University.
