Job summary

Bridge is seeking a remote medical coder for virtual-care providers. You will review clinical documentation, assign CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS codes, audit coding accuracy, and support billing appeals and resubmissions.

This full-time role is 100% remote within the United States. Requirements include CPC or CPC-A certification and 2–3 years of medical coding experience, with preferred revenue-cycle exposure and proficiency across CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS.

Qualifications

• CPC or CPC-A certification required.
• 2–3 years of medical coding experience.
• Revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Proficient in CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS.
• Strong medical terminology and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation and assign CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS codes.
• Audit coding accuracy and monitor compliance.
• Support billing appeals and claim resubmissions.
• Contribute to reimbursement optimization for virtual-care providers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines.
