No advanced coding experience required—we provide on-the-job training. The role offers flexible afternoon, evening, and Saturday hours (6–15 hrs/week) and opportunities to support events like Parent's Night Out and birthday parties.

Code Sensei (Instructor) — Code Ninjas Seattle

We're hiring enthusiastic, energetic people to join our team and help kids build coding fundamentals, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

No advanced coding experience required, we'll train you.

The Role

Guide students (ages 7–14) through coding projects, help them think through problems, and celebrate their wins as they level up. Create a fun, safe environment where kids actually want to show up, help run Parent's Night Out and birthday parties, and keep the dojo ready to go.

• Experience working with kids (coaching, tutoring, babysitting, mentoring)
