Qualifications

• Requires 3 years of professional coding experience (POS11)
• Experience in HCC coding across multiple specialties (e.g., Primary Care, Oncology)
• Physician/clinic billing experience is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is expected

Responsibilities

• Perform coding audits of patient care billing documentation to ensure adherence with CPT/ICD guidelines and payor policies.
• Support compliance and quality assurance across Providence Medical Foundation services
