About the Role
Location: Remote, United States
Role-Type: Seasonal Part-Time, W2 Employee (up to 10 hours per week)
Duration: November 2025 - June 2026 (40 hours total of training in November/December, Part-Time commitment starts in January 2026)
Reports To: Senior Manager, Program Implementation
Compensation: $50-75 per hour

CodePath Tech Exchange (CTEx) Project Coaches play a vital role in shaping the careers of computer science majors at our partner universities. They manage student projects in industry-informed, intermediate-level courses that prepare students for software engineering internships and technical interviews. Students will build the core professional skills needed to succeed in the tech industry.
About the Course
Introduction to Software Engineering with GenAI focuses on teaching software engineering skills to be able to build an app from scratch and deploy it. This is a project-based course where students work collaboratively on projects with their peers and mentors. There is a key focus on the holistic software development experience while utilizing software engineering principles and cloud frameworks.

12 Part-Time Project Coaches that lead their own student group.
We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of Software Engineering experience who are passionate about mentorship, eager to immerse themselves in a virtual academic setting, and excited about the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ lives.
