Job summary

Code Ninjas Studio City is seeking a part-time Code Sensei to inspire kids ages 5–14 through coding and STEM lessons. You’ll guide students through our self-paced curriculum, keep the classroom friendly, and partner with parents to share progress.

Ideal candidates are passionate, reliable, and flexible, with a love of games and learning. Training is provided; onsite work at Studio City or nearby partner schools, with after-school and weekend shifts. Pay: $18.50–$20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Potentially work onsite at partner schools in Studio City, Sherman Oaks and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Our curriculum is self-paced, meaning that each student comes in and continues where they left off – no lectures. Your main job is to go through that curriculum then help guide students through it. You’re paid while you are learning our curriculum!

• Maintain a clean & sanitized classroom
• Potentially work onsite at one of our partner schools or organizations in Studio City, Sherman Oaks and surrounding neighborhoods.

Preferred Availability & Job Type

• Part-Time
• Available at least 1-2 days out of the week
• Monday-Friday from 3-7pm or Saturday from 10am-3pm
• Up to 10 hours per week (or more based on your availability), afternoon and weekend shifts at our centers or onsite at our partner schools
• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $18.50-20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• After school
• Weekdays - Monday to Friday
• Weekends - Saturday only

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Studio City/Sherman Oaks, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
