Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license is required.
• ICC Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector certification must be obtained within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enforce Township rental housing, property maintenance, nuisance, zoning, and related municipal codes through inspections, investigations, documentation and enforcement actions.
• Conduct rental licensing inspections, investigate complaints, issue notices of violation and citations, maintain inspection and licensing records, prepare reports, and work with residents, property owners, contractors and Township staff to achieve compliance.
