Qualifications

• Ability to read maps, plats and aerial photos for inspections.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Investigates citizen complaints and requests related to housing, zoning, land development and illegal dumping.
• Prepares notices of violations and communicates with violators regarding resolutions.
• Initiates follow-up actions to ensure compliance and maintains case files.
