City of Naples seeks a Code Enforcement Officer to investigate potential code violations and promote health and welfare. You will enforce city ordinances, inspect properties, and prepare cases for the Code Enforcement Board.

The purpose of this classification is to investigate potential City code violations to promote, protect and improve the health, safety, and welfare of the City of Naples. Employees will follow code enforcement processes to achieve compliance with City ordinances. Employees in this classification inspect and investigate those violations not deemed misdemeanors or felonies, and not under technical interpretation of the Building Official or City Engineers.

The City of Naples is a Tobacco-Free Workplace.
