Overview

The Cocktail Server is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and efficient beverage service to guests. They take orders, serve drinks, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with alcohol service regulations.

This role pays an hourly wage of $30.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take and deliver beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Upsell and suggest beverages to maximize sales.
  • Monitor guests for responsible alcohol consumption and follow service guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations.
  • Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
  • Communicate with bartenders and other staff to ensure timely service.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink-pairing recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
  • Must be at least 18 or 21 years old (depending on state regulations).
  • TIPS or other responsible beverage service certification preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
