Role Purpose: Welcome guests, accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide menu, allergen, and pricing information
• Recognize and build relationships with regular guests
• Take and enter orders into POS system accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to specifications
• Replenish stock during shifts
• Respond to guest concerns professionally
• Comply with safety, health, and liquor laws
• Handle payments and close checks accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Complete assigned duties and report issues

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma preferred
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and 21+ years of age
• Experience with POS, knowledge of beer and spirits
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: Work indoors/outdoors, in a fast-paced environment, with physical demands including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
