Job Description

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a knowledgeable Cocktail Server for Lookout Lounge & Bar (Part Time) to join our team. The resort features 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 food and beverage outlets, a luxurious spa, and a vibrant entertainment district. The two championship 18-hole golf courses and a third short course provide excellent options for dining, events, and entertainment.

The Lookout Lounge & Bar is a resort gathering spot offering elevated small plates, tapas, and bar bites. Beverage options include sophisticated wines and modern twists on classic cocktails with Texas flair. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor seating with views of Frisco Hill Country and the golf courses.

The candidate must have knowledge of various mixed drinks, handle all cash and credit transactions, and provide excellent customer service across multiple outlets.

Responsibilities include:

1. Properly set up and maintain a clean, efficient service area.
2. Provide guest services following the Moments of Service guidelines.
3. Ring orders into Micros and deliver to tables.
4. Check back with guests regularly.
5. Keep supplies stocked and service areas clean and reset.
6. Protect the hotel from over-serving guests.
7. Complete all duties assigned by management.
8. Assist bartenders as needed.
9. Ensure tables are properly set up.
10. Assist guests in locating hotel areas.
11. Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
12. Familiarity with food and drink menus.
13. Adhere to cash handling standards.
14. Follow all policies, maintain professional appearance, and ensure confidentiality.
15. Follow safety and security policies, report incidents, and complete safety training.

Qualifications include:

1. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
2. Ability to provide friendly, efficient service and maintain a clean, professional bar.
3. Willingness to work indoors and outdoors.
4. Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
5. Unexpired Food Handlers and TABC certifications or willingness to obtain upon hire.
