Where You'll Make an Impact

• Greet guests poolside with a warm, energetic attitude and prompt, courteous service.
• Be well-versed in seasonal cocktail offerings, poolside food menus, and drink specials to elevate the guest experience and drive sales.
• Serve beverages and food efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of service even in high temperatures and high-traffic areas.
• Carry and balance full trays of drinks and food across wet, uneven pool deck surfaces.
• Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption, following all responsible service guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and orderly pool bar and seating area; clear glassware, dishes, and litter promptly.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and receipts accurately while maintaining accountability with assigned bank.
• Notify management of any service, safety, or guest issues.
• Comply with all federal, state, and corporate liquor regulations.
• Abide by appearance standards and uniform guidelines suitable for the pool environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Must-Haves

• Must be 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food and beverage service preferred, especially in outdoor or poolside settings.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
• Must be comfortable in an environment with alcohol, smoking, and loud music.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain LACT Alcohol Certification (Responsible Vendor) and a Bossier City ABO Card.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods without sitting or leaning.
• Frequent climbing, stretching, bending, and walking in outdoor conditions.
• Tolerance for high heat, humidity, and sun exposure throughout shift.
• Must meet physical demands, including walking on wet surfaces, lifting up to 30 lbs.
