Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking energetic part-time Cocktail Servers at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. You will greet guests, take drink orders, and deliver beverages with a focus on responsible service. This tipped role does not include base pay shown; tips supplement earnings.

Benefits include weekly pay, training and development opportunities, and employee discounts. Shift flexibility covers evenings, holidays, and weekends with OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• No experience or diploma required.
• Basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on gaming floor and beverage outlets
• Communicates drink specials, answers questions about available beverages and takes beverage orders
• Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
• Enters drink orders into the point-of-sale system; pick up drink orders and deliver to guests
• Picks up drinks orders when ready and delivers orders to guests
• Prepares and delivers check to guests

Delaware North Gaming is searching for energetic part-time Cocktail Servers to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Cocktail Server, you will help enhance the guest experience by providing excellent service and care in every interaction.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$5.81 - $5.81 / hour

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Ability to lift, balance and carry trays, weighing up to 35 lbs
