Job summary

Delaware North Gaming in Hamburg, New York, is seeking a part-time Cocktail Server to join our Hamburg Gaming team. You will greet guests, take beverage orders, and serve drinks on the gaming floor, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on the gaming floor and at beverage outlets.
• Communicates drink specials, answers questions about available beverages, and takes beverage orders.
• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Enters drink orders into the point-of-sale system; picks up drink orders and delivers to guests.
• Picks up drink orders when ready and delivers orders to guests.
• Prepares and delivers checks to guests.

Delaware North Gaming is searching for an energetic, part-time Cocktail Server to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. As a Cocktail Server, you will help enhance the guest experience by providing excellent service and care in every interaction.

Please note that this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.
