Suffolk OTB in New York, NY is seeking a beverage service team member to ensure responsible alcohol service and quality presentation of drinks. The role requires adherence to all policies, accurate sales recording, and maintaining a clean work area.

Applicants should hold a High School diploma or equivalent and be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License; NYS TIPS certification is preferred. Weekend and swing shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License.
• New York State TIPS certified is a preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Assures quality, consistency and proper presentation of all served beverages.
• Maintains a clean work area.
• Utilizes company point of sale system.
• Maintain accurate records of sales.
• Clean and restock work area at end of shift.
• Understand the goals and vision of the organization.
• Must role model guest service program.
• Must comply with company policies and procedures.
• Know liquor law service to anyone under age 21 or to anyone intoxicated is prohibited.
• Other duties as assigned.
