Job summary

Delaware North Gaming at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire, seeks a Customer-focused Cocktail Server for full-time or part-time schedules. You will greet guests, take drink orders, and serve beverages on the gaming floor and at beverage outlets.

The position emphasizes responsible service, knowledge of drinks, and guest satisfaction. 21+ years old, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and no diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on gaming floor and beverage outlets.
• Communicates drink specials, answers questions about available beverages and takes beverage orders.
• Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company policies.
• Enters drink orders into the POS system; picks up and delivers drinks to guests.
• Picks up drinks orders when ready and delivers orders to guests.
• Prepares and delivers checks to guests.

Delaware North Gaming is searching for an energetic, full-time and part-time Cocktail Servers to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Cocktail Server, you will help enhance the guest experience by providing excellent service and care in every interaction.

If you have a passion for customer satisfaction and knowledge of wines, beer, and cocktails this Cocktail Server job is for you!

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$7.25 - $7.25 / hour
