Performs all tasks related to beverage service courteously and efficiently, maintaining a clean work area per standards and procedures.

Essential Functions

• Take drink orders from guests
• Obtain drinks from station
• Garnish and ice drinks as necessary
• Serve beverages in lounge or gaming areas
• Maintain a clean station
• Know current hotel & casino activities and beverage operations
• Follow check settlement and beverage control procedures
• Promote good guest relations and accommodate requests
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisor or team leader
• Other duties as assigned
