Overview

Come join Team Atlantis! We are currently accepting applications for a Cocktail Server. The Cocktail Server is responsible for providing alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while ensuring prompt service. Must be friendly, upbeat, and attentive. Do you have a passion for guest service? We want to meet you!

Shift: Day

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders from guests, ring them in properly, and deliver the drinks.
• Check identification to ensure guests meet the minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Clear beverages and other items promptly according to sanitation standards.
• Perform side duties such as stocking service items, coffee, and other necessities.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the brands of beer, wine, and liquor offered and their current prices.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Alcohol Awareness Card required.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Previous food and beverage experience is a plus.
• Adhere to all alcoholic beverage laws, policies, and regulations.
• Monitor guests for signs of intoxication to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Ability to carry a 10-15 lb tray, walk in 1-inch heels, and stand for long periods.
