**If you fluently speak English and one or more of the following languages (Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Thai, Laos, Cambodian) you will receive a $5.00 / hour language differential**

$14.27 / hour standard rate + $5.00 / hour language differential = $19.27 / hour + tips when qualified

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the bars are set up for the shift, cleaned, and stocked.
• Takes beverage orders from the customers and servers and ensures all drinks are rung in before any are prepared.
• Follows the standard drink recipes, using the proper glassware and portions.
• Adheres to all the laws pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages and dealing with guests.
• Intoxicated persons must never be served.
• Balances cash at the end of their shift and follows the standard procedure for cashing out.
• Keeps bar, counters, and work areas clean always.
• Upsells food and beverage to patrons.
• Prepares requisitions and inventories as required at the end of the shift.
• Locks up product when necessary.

Requirements

• To be successful in this role, you should have previous serving experience and knowledge that includes:
• High School education or equivalent experience
• Six months experience as a server preferred
• Prior money handling experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to work at both the Central City and Black properties
• Must be flexible to work any schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• TIPS Certification – We will train you!

**$1,000 Sign on BONUS! $500 paid 90 days after date of hire $500 paid 180 days after date of hire** Team member must be in good standing to qualify for Bonus Pay out (no documented performance in their employee file) **
