Job Description

At Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG), we are passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences through exceptional hospitality. We are seeking a Cocktail Server to join our team, responsible for welcoming guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide detailed menu, pricing, and allergen information
• Recognize and foster relationships with regular guests
• Take and enter orders into POS system accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to standards
• Replenish stock during shifts
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues positively
• Comply with safety, health, and liquor laws
• Process payments and close checks accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver’s License and 21+ years of age
• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Experience with POS systems and knowledge of beer and spirits
• Effective communication skills in English

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Work indoors/outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with varying noise levels, and shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks as described.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour plus tips opportunity.
