Job description

West Siloam Springs is seeking a Cocktail Server to join our food and beverage team. The Cocktail Server is responsible for delivering a high-quality service experience to guests throughout the casino. This includes taking and delivering orders, ensuring accurate and timely service, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
  • Successful completion of alcohol awareness training.
  • Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
  • Ability to work in a variety of settings, including climate-controlled office settings.
  • Ability to frequently bend and kneel.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
