Diamond Back’s, a premier fine dining restaurant in Waco, is seeking experienced Cocktail Servers to join our energy-filled team. In this role you will deliver attentive service, craft memorable guest experiences, and contribute to the refined atmosphere our guests expect.

Candidates must be 21 or older and have at least 2 years of restaurant experience; wine knowledge is preferred. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality dining setting, we’d love to hear from you.

We are currently looking for experienced Cocktail Servers to add to our team. The selected candidates will have a polished and professional image and be personable and able to foster a fine dining experience for all of our clientele. All candidates should be 21 and over and have 2+ years experience, preferabley fine dining with wine experience.
