Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner

• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding wines, liquor, food, etc

• Take guests order, and serve food and drinks proficiently.

• Assist with garnishments, as well as replenishing supplies in bar/restaurant area.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cocktail server
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
