Mavericks Dancehall- The Colony is seeking a friendly Cocktail Server to join our busy floor team. Greet guests, take orders, and deliver with speed and accuracy in a lively bar environment.

Must be 21+ and able to obtain TABC and Food Handler certificates. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts are common, with opportunities for advancement in a team-focused venue.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and able to obtain local/state certifications (TABC, Food Handlers).
• Previous serving experience in a bar or fast-paced setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Check IDs and follow alcohol service laws.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas and tables.
• Communicate with the bar and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Handle payments and operate POS system.
• Provide attentive, personalized service during busy hours.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude
